1 Enoch 32

Garden of Righteousness Revealed

Open in the reader →

1And after these, toward the south, as I looked over the mountains, I saw seven mountains full of choice nard and fragrant trees, and cinnamon and pepper.

2And from there I went above the summits of those mountains, far to the east, and I crossed over the Erythraean Sea; and I went far from it, and passed above the angel Zutel.

3And I came into the garden of righteousness, and I saw beyond those trees many large trees growing there, with good fragrance, great and very beautiful and glorious; and the tree of wisdom, from which those who eat know great wisdom.

4And it looked like the carob tree, and its fruit was like clusters of good grapes, very beautiful; and the fragrance of that tree spread far away.

5And I said, “It is beautiful.”
