1 Enoch 65

1In those days Noah saw that the earth had sunk down, and that its destruction was near.

2And he lifted up his feet from there and went as far as the ends of the earth, and he cried out to his grandfather Enoch, and Noah said with a bitter voice, “Hear me, hear me, hear me,” three times.

3And I said to him, “Tell me, what is this that is being done upon the earth? For the earth has labored thus and has been shaken; perhaps I will perish with it.”

4And after that time there came a great upheaval upon the earth, and a voice was heard from heaven, and I fell on my face.

5And my grandfather Enoch came and stood beside me, and he said to me, “Why have you cried out to me with a bitter cry and weeping?”

6And a command went out from before the Lord against those who dwell on the dry land, that their end should come; for they knew all the hidden things of the angels, and all the violence of the satans, and all their secret powers.
