1Those who trust in Yahweh are like Mount Zion: it cannot be shaken; it remains forever.
2The mountains surround Jerusalem, and Yahweh surrounds his people from now and forever.
3For the scepter of wickedness will not rest on the portion of the righteous, lest the righteous stretch out their hands to wrongdoing.
4Do good, O Yahweh, to the good, and to the upright in heart.
5But those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them away with evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.
