Psalms 96
Sing New Song LORD Reigns
Open in the reader →1Sing to Yahweh a new song; sing to Yahweh, all the earth.
Sing to Yahweh; bless his name; proclaim his salvation from day to day.
Declare his glory among the nations, his wondrous deeds among all the peoples.
For Yahweh is great and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but Yahweh made the heavens.
Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Ascribe to Yahweh, families of the peoples, ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength.
Ascribe to Yahweh the glory of his name; bring an offering and come into his courts.
Bow down to Yahweh in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.
Say among the nations, “Yahweh reigns! Indeed, the world is established; it shall not be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.”
Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea thunder, and all that fills it.
Let the field exult, and all that is in it; then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy.
before Yahweh, for he is coming, for he is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with his faithfulness.
