Colossians 4

1Masters, provide your servants with what is right and fair, knowing that you also have a Lord in heaven.

2Devote yourselves to prayer, staying alert in it with thanksgiving,

3while also praying for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Messiah, because of which I am also bound,

4so that I may make it clear, as I ought to speak.

5Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the time.

6Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.

7Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord, will make known to you everything about me.

8I sent him to you for this very purpose: that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage your hearts.

9together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They will make known to you everything here.

10Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets you, and Mark, the cousin of Barnabas (about whom you received instructions—if he comes to you, welcome him),

11and Jesus who is called Justus. These are the only ones from the circumcision who are fellow workers for the kingdom of God, and they became a comfort to me.

12Epaphras, who is one of you, greets you—a servant of Messiah, always striving for you in his prayers, so that you may stand mature and fully assured in all the will of God.

13For I testify for him that he has great labor for you and for those in Laodicea and those in Hierapolis.

14Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas greet you.

15Greet the brothers in Laodicea, and Nympha and the church in her house.

16And when this letter has been read among you, see that it is also read in the church of the Laodiceans, and that you also read the one from Laodicea.

17And tell Archippus, “See to the ministry that you received in the Lord, so that you may fulfill it.”

18The greeting is in my own hand—Paul's. Remember my chains. Grace be with you.
