2Your throne is established from ancient times; you are from everlasting.
3The rivers have risen, O Yahweh; the rivers have raised their voice; the rivers raise their pounding.
4Mightier than the sounds of many waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea, is Yahweh on high.
5Your testimonies are completely trustworthy; holiness befits your house, O Yahweh, forever.
