Enoch 79

“Now, my son, I have shown you everything, and the order of all the stars of the heavens has been completed.”

He showed me all their order: for each day, for every period of rule, for every year, and its going out and its command for every month and every week.

The waning of the moon takes place in the sixth gate, for in this sixth gate its light reaches fullness, and from there the waning begins.

The waning that takes place in the first gate, in its own period, continues until 177 days are completed: 25 weeks and two days.

They fall short of the sun—and of the order of the stars—by five days in one exact period; and when the place you see is completed…

Such is the appearance and pattern of all the light that Uriel, the great angel who is their leader, showed me.
