Psalms 145
David Praises God's Glory
Open in the reader →1A praise of David. I will exalt you, my God the King, and I will bless your name forever and ever.
Every day I will bless you, and I will praise your name forever and ever.
Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
One generation will praise your works to another, and they will declare your mighty acts.
I will meditate on the glorious splendor of your majesty and on the accounts of your wonders.
They will speak of the might of your awesome deeds, and I will recount your greatness.
They will pour forth the remembrance of your abundant goodness, and they will sing for joy of your righteousness.
Yahweh is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and great in steadfast love.
Yahweh is good to all, and his compassion is over all his works.
All your works will give thanks to you, O Yahweh, and your faithful ones will bless you.
They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk of your might.
to make known to humanity his mighty acts and the glory of the splendor of his kingdom.
Your kingdom is a kingdom for all ages, and your dominion is throughout every generation.
Yahweh supports all who fall and raises up all who are bowed down.
The eyes of all look expectantly to you, and you give them their food at the proper time.
You open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
Yahweh is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all his works.
Yahweh is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
He fulfills the desire of those who fear him; he hears their cry for help and saves them.
Yahweh preserves all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.
My mouth will speak the praise of Yahweh, and all flesh will bless his holy name forever and ever.
